Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Payment Policies

Individual Cancellations

  • A 100% refund will be provided if notice is received at least 10 days prior to the workshop date.

  • This applies only to cancellations affecting fewer than 50% of the group.

Partial or Full Group Cancellations

  • For cancellations where 50% or more of the group cannot attend, a 14-day notice is required for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend without prior notice.

Adjustments to Group Size

  • Reductions: If participants are removed from the group less than 14 days prior to the workshop, the remaining attendees will be charged according to the pricing for the final group size.

  • Additions: Guests added to the group less than 14 days prior to the workshop will not qualify for a reduced rate.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop.

  • Requests made less than 7 days before the workshop may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • If the workshop is canceled by us due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or work with you to reschedule.

Workshop Scope

  • The fee includes use of the space, all materials, and instruction, unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional materials or services beyond the workshop's scope may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required 14 days prior to the workshop to secure the booking.

  • Full payment is required 7 days prior to the workshop.

  • Refunds will adhere to the cancellation policies outlined above.
