Antonius Roberts, born in 1958 in Nassau and raised on St. George’s Park, earned a BFA in Painting from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1981. Deeply connected to Bahamian history and community, he has had a distinguished career as an artist, educator, and curator, founding The Bahamian Art Gallery in 1991 and serving as Founding Curator of the Central Bank of The Bahamas Art Gallery. Known internationally for his Sacred Space sculptures and public works like Bubbles at Lynden Pindling International Airport, he has also mentored young artists through Project I.C.E. and established Hillside House Art Gallery in 2012. Honoured with awards including a Cacique Award and an O.B.E., his work was celebrated in 2023 with a solo exhibition, Art, Ecology and Sacred Space at The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas.

We provide all the art supplies, art instructor, wine, water and 2 hours of poses by the model.

Our live model—clothed or nude, depending on their comfort—will hold a series of dynamic and elegant poses for you to capture on paper.

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the session. If this minimum is not met, we will notify you of any cancellations.
