Led by Terran Brice, the "Burn Book Workshop" helps participants release negative energy, thoughts, and feelings in a supportive, creative environment.

Through expressive writing exercises, attendees confront emotions, memories, or anxieties they wish to let go of. The pages are then ceremonially burned, symbolizing the release of these burdens. This transformative act leaves participants with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment, blending creative expression, mindfulness, and communal support for emotional cleansing and growth.
